Since we are an e-pharmacy that caters to the needs of people living in the UK and EU, we offer shipping services on every product. Our primary goal is to ensure you get your goods in excellent time. Once you have placed an order and our representatives have confirmed it, we will notify you regarding your package via email. Following the notification, we will ship your order within the span of 1-2 days.
Although we aim to deliver products in 1-2 days, we would like our customers to understand that the delivery time depends strictly on the area in which you reside. Therefore, there are various areas that we could take up to 4 days to deliver. However, we take the responsibility of informing such customers that the delivery time could take up to 3 to 4 working days to reach them. Similarly, we inform residents of the EU that it could take 7 working days for the package to deliver.

Our primary shipping method consists of the first class signed delivery for our customers who reside in the UK. Similarly, we use a reliable signed for airmail delivery for customers who reside in the EU.
Once we have received and confirmed your order, we will notify you, and the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after approval. On average, delivery takes 3 days to reach customers in the UK and around 7 days for customers in the EU. However, as mentioned above, delays may be due to large orders or unforeseeable circumstances.

First and foremost, a delivery time heavily depends on the time of the year the order has been placed. However, in most cases, orders placed during vacation days tend to take longer to be shipped out and delivered. However, we deem it our responsibility and inform our customers about such delays and send continuous updates regarding their orders.

In order to cancel your order, you must choose cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Under any circumstances, if you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will be able to process the cancellation without any complications.
